Job summary

FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Food & Beverage Management Trainee positioned across Islandwide locations in Singapore. The role requires willingness to train in kitchen duties and front-line service, and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

As a trainee, you will learn food preparation, service, and shop opening/closing procedures while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field and keen to work in food and beverages industry.
• Training in kitchen duties and service crew in front line will be provided for shortlisted profiles.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent product standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness around workstation and follow health/sanitation regulations.
• Preparation for opening and closing of shop.
• Weekly/monthly inventory reporting.
