Job summary

Yum Cha Restaurant Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager (Outlet Lead) to oversee daily Front-of-House operations at our Chinatown outlet in Singapore. This role is ideal for experienced Floor Managers or Duty Managers looking to step up into a leadership position.

You will lead FOH operations, manage staff, ensure service quality, handle escalated feedback, and support promotions and SOPs to drive consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of FOH experience in F&B.
• Experience as Floor Manager, Duty Manager, or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with customer service focus.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH operations and supervise captains and service crew.
• Manage table flow, seating arrangements, and peak-hour service.
• Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and timely dish delivery.
• Handle escalated customer feedback and perform service recovery.
• Conduct daily floor checks to ensure outlet readiness and hygiene standards.
