Job summary

Wok Hey Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced F&B supervisor to lead daily outlet operations in a fast-paced Singapore setting.

You will manage manpower, inventory, and adherence to hygiene and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service and food quality according to company recipes. Responsibilities include staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and resolving customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.

Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant F&B managerial experience in a fast-paced environment.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field supporting managerial responsibilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills to foster teamwork and staff management.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced work setting.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operational activities to ensure efficient outlet workflow and service delivery
Plan, schedule, and manage manpower to optimize kiosk performance and customer service
Order and control inventory from suppliers to maintain stock levels and minimize waste
Resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold high customer satisfaction
Conduct orientation and training sessions to onboard and develop new staff effectively
Enforce hygiene and cleanliness standards to comply with company and regulatory requirements
Prepare stir fry dishes and portion sauces precisely according to company recipes and standards
Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by management to support outlet success
