Job summary

SONG MAO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, develop SOPs, and ensure high standards of service and safety.

You will manage front- and back-of-house activities, plan manpower, recruit and train staff, and monitor costs and performance. The role requires strong leadership, English and Mandarin proficiency, and at least 8 years in F&B operations with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, F&B, Business Management or related discipline preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in restaurant or F&B operations, with substantial managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience in developing and maintaining SOPs for restaurant operations and service standards.
• Experience in staff recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, manpower planning, inventory, food cost control and wastage management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant.
• Develop and implement SOPs and service standards for smooth operations.
• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house coordination and daily team activities.
• Plan manpower deployment and staff scheduling based on needs.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Monitor customer service standards and handle feedback.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare operational/performance reports.
• Manage food and operating costs, inventory, and wastage.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely supplies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations.
