CY NOODLE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness and policy compliance across outlets in Singapore.

You will plan rosters, assist in hiring, coordinate trainings with HR, and lead teams to deliver high service standards while maintaining hygiene.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/outlet operations.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene policies.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Check kitchen and equipment to maintain outlet efficiency.
• Ensure staff follow policies to minimise wastage.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across outlets at all times.
• Plan and arrange duty rosters; ensure adequate manpower.
• Assist in hiring and interview candidates; handle calls.
• Assist in opening/closing outlets.
• Adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
• Interact professionally with teams, management, and contractors.
• Monitor performance, foster teamwork and two-way communication.
• Coordinate with HR to organise staff trainings and refreshers.
• Provide supervision and leadership to meet goals.
• Handle other ad hoc duties.
