Responsibilities include ensuring 100% food assembly and grooming compliance, managing inventory and stock takes with Excel to track wastage, and designing a 6-day roster cycle to optimize manpower

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Quick Service or high-volume casual dining.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking, roster planning and reporting.
• Experience with InfotechHRIS is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage difficult team dynamics with firm, direct communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift on the floor to enforce discipline and standards, addressing issues promptly.
• Ensure 100% team compliance in food assembly, grooming, and punctuality during peak periods.
• Own inventory management: regular stocktakes, supplier orders, track wastage and control costs with Excel.
• Design and manage 6-day duty rosters to optimize manpower and control labour costs.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and staff performance, maintain accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness and 100% compliance with SFA/NEA hygiene regulations.

Job description

We are seeking aproactive and highly hands-onOutlet Assistant Manager / Manager to lead our quick-service operations and drive ahigh-performance culture. We need a decisive leader who ishighly proficient in Exceland unafraid to challenge the status quo, address subpar performance, and strictly enforce standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a shift toward a disciplined culture by being present on the floor. Identify and eliminate "bad habits" proactively, address attitude issues immediately, and hold the team accountable. Must be comfortable having difficult conversations and enforcing discipline to maintain standards.
• Lead by example during peak periods. Ensure 100% team compliance in food assembly, grooming, and punctuality through direct supervision and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Take full ownership ofinventory management. Conduct regular stocktakes, manage supplier orders, andmust use Excelto track wastage, analyze trends, and ensure strict portion control to meet COGS targets.
• Design and manage efficientduty rosterson a 6-day work week cycle. UseExcelto optimize manpower against peak-hour demand while maintaining lean labour costs and MOM compliance.
• Work closely with theHR Departmenton recruitment, disciplinary actions, and staff performance appraisals. Ensure all outlet documentation and administrative records are accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure 100% compliance withSFA/NEAfood safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum5 years of relevant managerial experiencespecifically withinQuick Serviceor high-volume casual dining.
