Job summary

Molly Tea Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Food Outlet Manager to lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring a profitable, high-quality dining experience.

You will oversee staff, maintain food safety and hygiene, manage inventory and costs, and drive guest satisfaction across shifts, weekends, and holidays.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality/Business and 2+ years in F&B leadership, with strong communication and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience as a Store Manager, Outlet Manager, or Assistant Manager in F&B or retail dining.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of financial aspects (P&L management, labor planning, inventory control).
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required in F&B operations.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Food Outlet Manager to lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations for our food establishment. In this role, you will be responsible for overall outlet profitability, team leadership, food safety/hygiene compliance, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations & Sales: Manage overall daily operations, monitor shift execution, track daily sales targets, and control operational costs (labor, food waste, inventory).
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise outlet staff (baristas, service crew, kitchen staff) to foster a positive, productive team environment.
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high service standards, address guest feedback prompt and professionally, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Inventory & Purchasing: Oversee stock levels, order supplies, manage relationships with suppliers, and conduct regular stock audits to minimize wastage.
• Hygiene & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food health, hygiene standards, and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, local government food safety guidelines).
