Job summary

TDCX is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Singapore. You will engage leads across SMB to Enterprise segments via chat, email, phone and online meetings, qualifying inbound leads and driving outbound campaigns to build the regional pipeline.

You will qualify and develop inbound/outbound leads, track communications in CRM, and work with Account Executives to design targeted outbound efforts and schedule product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field; fresh graduates welcome.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Strong time management and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop inbound and/or outbound sales leads.
• Engage leads via chat, email, phone and meetings.
• Maintain accurate tracking of communications in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to design outbound strategies.
• Schedule demonstrations between account executives and prospects.
