Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to manage customer orders, ensure accurate pricing and documentation, and support timely delivery across the supply chain.

You will respond to product inquiries, quotations, lead times and order status, while coordinating with Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams to maintain high service levels and accurate backend records. The role requires hands-on involvement in daily order fulfilment and documentation.

Qualifications

• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, quantities and supporting documentation.
• Respond to enquiries relating to products, quotations, lead times, pricing and order status.
• Coordinate and resolve after-sales matters, including returns, exchanges and delivery-related issues.
• Liaise closely with Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.
• Process sales orders and backend documentation to support accurate picking, packing and delivery operations.
• Prepare quotations based on approved pricing guidelines and inputs from the Sales/Commercial team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Basic information:

• 5.5 days between Mon - Sat, alternate Sat WFH 7am - 6pm
