Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd's client, a food manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a Senior Sales Support Executive to manage customer orders and support the daily coordination of the sales support team. You will own end-to-end order processing, coordinate with Operations and other departments, handle inquiries and billing issues, and guide junior staff while ensuring timely fulfilment.

A Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field is required, with ERP experience and strong

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or Customer Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in order processing and order fulfilment.
• Experience guiding or coordinating junior Customer Service staff will be advantageous.
• Proficient in ERP / order management systems.

Requirements
