Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a role handling end-to-end order processing for FMCG products. You will process customer orders, ensure accurate pricing and documentation, respond to product enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics and Sales to ensure timely delivery.

The position includes liaison with after-sales, returns/exchanges, and requires attention to detail in order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, quantities and supporting documentation.
• Respond to enquiries relating to products, quotations, lead times, pricing and order status.
• Coordinate and resolve after-sales matters, including returns, exchanges and delivery-related issues.
• Liaise closely with Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.
• Process sales orders and backend documentation to support accurate picking, packing and delivery operations.
• Prepare quotations based on approved pricing guidelines and inputs from the Sales/Commercial team.

Job description

Basic information:

• 5.5 days between Mon - Sat, alternate Sat WFH 7am - 6pm

• Location: Joo Koon (West)
