Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd is hiring for a Singapore-based customer service role. You will support customers via email and WhatsApp, help process orders and coordinate deliveries, and liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment. You may prepare Halal Certificates, product specs, and COAs on request.

The role requires coordinating with Sales for quotations and handling post-delivery inquiries, exchanges, or returns, with duties including ad hoc admin support.

Qualifications

• Experience handling emails and WhatsApp for Singapore-based customers.
• Able to process orders and coordinate deliveries with accuracy.
• Comfortable preparing supporting documentation on request.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Singapore-based customers via email and WhatsApp, delivering timely and professional support.
• Process and coordinate business customer orders, including bulk purchases and scheduled deliveries.
• Respond to customer enquiries on products, pricing, lead times, order status, and post-delivery matters.
• Prepare and provide supporting documentation, including Halal Certificates, Product Specifications, and Certificates of Analysis.
• Liaise with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing.
• Generate customer quotations based on approved pricing guidelines and input from Sales.
• Process backend documentation to support accurate order fulfilment, picking, and delivery operations.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Job description

Basic information:

• Salary UP $4,000
• Either Monday to Saturday or Tuesday to Sunday, 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (depending on roster)
• West region
• Required to work on PH (OIL will be compensated)

Job Scope:

• Prepare and provide supporting documentation, including Halal Certificates, Product Specifications, and Certificates of Analysis, upon customer request.
• Liaise closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and a positive customer experience.
• Generate customer quotations based on approved pricing guidelines and input from the Sales and Commercial teams.
• Process backend documentation to support accurate order fulfilment, picking, and delivery operations.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
