Job summary

ZEN Career Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites applications for an order processing role within our FMCG/food services network at Joo Koon (West).

You will process customer orders, ensure accurate pricing and documentation, and respond to product enquiries. Collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics and Sales to ensure timely fulfilment, handle after-sales matters, generate quotations, and support back-end activities for picking, packing and delivery.

Qualifications

• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, quantities and supporting documentation.
• Respond to enquiries relating to products, quotations, lead times, pricing and order status.
• Coordinate and resolve after-sales matters, including returns, exchanges and delivery-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.
• Process sales orders and backend documentation to support accurate picking, packing and delivery operations.
• Prepare quotations based on approved pricing guidelines and inputs from the Sales/Commercial team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job description

Basic information:

• 5.5 days between Mon - Sat, alternate Sat WFH 7am - 6pm
