Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented order-processing specialist in Singapore to coordinate and process sales orders across divisions, ensuring on-time fulfilment. You will liaise with internal departments to resolve fulfillment issues and manage local purchases and supplier negotiations.

The role also involves preparing COO documentation, processing cash sales and invoices, and maintaining rigorous records. A proactive, process-driven candidate will thrive in this environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process sales orders across various sales divisions, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and within the required timelines.
• Manage and respond to sales order requests professionally and efficiently.
• Perform day-to-day order processing and transactional activities.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments to resolve issues affecting order fulfilment.
• Monitor pending orders, backlogs and outstanding fulfilment status, and follow up with relevant parties accordingly.
• Coordinate local purchases related to sales orders.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and purchasing arrangements.
• Prepare and process COO applications and related documentation.
• Conduct price comparisons and support purchasing decisions.
• Process cash sales orders using Excel and coordinate with Finance to monitor payments to suppliers.
• Prepare cash vouchers and commercial invoices/packing lists (CIPL).
• Process goods returns and coordinate with relevant internal and external parties.
• Monitor local indent fund and ensure proper tracking and utilisation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to orders and purchasing activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
