Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Order Management Executive to process customer requests and ensure accurate order entry. Responsibilities include verifying request details, managing orders in the ECOM system, and coordinating with various teams for seamless service delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Review and verify customer requests for completeness and accuracy.
  • Decompose requests to determine appropriate order types.
  • Create and manage orders in the ECOM system.
  • Establish Project Tie, Bill Dependency Tie, and Circuit Tie.
  • Send acknowledgment emails to customers/requestors.
  • Amend orders and Customer Required Date (CRD) as needed.
  • Create new customer and billing accounts when required.
  • Update customer account details and billing account details.
  • Liaise with Sales/SDE, Credit Management, and Number Management teams for order fulfillment.

Job Summary

The Order Management Executive is responsible for processing customer requests and ensuring accurate and timely order entry in the system. This role involves verifying request details, creating and amending orders, managing customer and billing accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless service provisioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify customer requests for completeness and accuracy.

  • Decompose requests to determine appropriate order types.

  • Create and manage orders in the ECOM system.
