Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING in Singapore is seeking an Order Management role to receive, validate, and process customer orders within the WMS/ERP system. You will ensure compliance with SOPs, cut-off times, and SLA requirements, while monitoring status and flagging delays.

Collaborating with warehouse and transport teams, you will handle handling instructions, priority orders, and VAS requirements. You will also support inventory inquiries, verify documents, and maintain records for audit and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and process orders in the WMS/ERP system.
• Ensure orders meet SOPs, cut-off times, and SLA requirements.
• Monitor status and highlight delays or exceptions.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Communicate handling instructions, priority orders, and VAS needs.
• Coordinate with transport teams on scheduling and amendments.
• Support inventory inquiries such as stock availability and ageing reports.
• Verify DOs, packing lists, invoices, and PODs for accuracy.
• Assist in inventory reconciliations with Inventory Officers.
• Track daily order fulfilment against SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on orders and inventory.
• Identify service gaps and support CAPA implementation.
• Ensure activities comply with contracts, SOPs and quality standards.
• Support audits, site visits, and operational reviews.
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
