Responsibilities

• Create, process, and update orders promptly and accurately in the system.
• Maintain all order information, statuses, and delivery details.
• Prepare and organize orders for courier collection and handover.
• Coordinate with couriers to ensure correct handover of orders.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with external partners, couriers, and the internal operations team.
• Maintain records of collections, order statuses, and courier handovers.
• Escalate missing items or delays as needed and follow company procedures.
• Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout the day.
