Qualifications

• 3-4 years of Contract Logistics/3PL/Healthcare industry experience and/or 2-3 years of customer-service related role experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of customer KPI targets by delivering high quality service.
• Communicate with clients, warehouse operations, carrier brokers and other offices to coordinate shipments.
• Create orders and manage customer accounts in SAP/WMS.
• Handle backorders, returns and inventory adjustments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate receiving, order processing, shipping and documentation with the warehouse team.
