Chemical Industries (Far East) Limited in Singapore is seeking an Order Management Executive to support customers through the order lifecycle.

This office-based role collaborates with sales, warehouse, transport, production, and other internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled, while handling multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting with standard hours and occasional overtime for month-end tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Monitor order status and coordinate fulfilment with departments.
• Respond to inquiries on products, pricing, orders, and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer documentation.
• Maintain customer records and ensure ERP data accuracy.
• Proactively communicate delays or issues to customers.
• Support month-end reporting and customer reviews.
• Build strong relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage multiple accounts and orders in a fast-paced environment.
