Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist II to manage the complete order fulfillment cycle from quotation to delivery. You will coordinate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

The role requires SAP order management, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations & Logistics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a contact point for customer issues, service requests, and escalations.
• Support Account Managers in assigned key customer’s job activity and administrative duties.
• Manage customer enquiries related to product availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Perform order follow-ups to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure delivery on time.
• Oversee the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring seamless coordination with customers, internal teams, planning and logistics partners.
• Support to assist quality-related customer requests and coordinate corrective action activities when required.
• Generate and maintain operational reports and customer-related dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service and operational processes.
