Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. seeks a detail-oriented Solution Customer Service Executive on a contract basis to manage end-to-end sales administration, order processing, and billing coordination in Singapore.

You will verify POs, enter orders in Oracle ERP, and ensure client invoices are issued on schedule. Responsibilities include PO management, order processing, invoicing, milestones tracking, and cross-functional coordination with project teams and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in customer service administration, order management, sales operations, or project billing support.
• ERP proficiency with Oracle is preferred.
• Strong PO validation, quotation matching, and tax invoice knowledge.

Responsibilities

• PO management: review, verify, reconcile client POs with quotations and terms.
• Order processing: input and launch approved orders into Oracle ERP.
• Billing milestones: track progress and readiness for invoicing.
• Invoicing: generate and issue tax invoices and supporting docs.
• Coordination: liaise with clients, account managers, and finance.
• Documentation: maintain digital archive of POs, invoices, and logs.
