Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Logistics Admin for a 6-month contract at our Paya Lebar location. The role involves processing material orders, quoting prices, and coordinating with suppliers. Standby duties may occur on weekends/public holidays with a standby allowance.

Candidate should hold a Diploma in Business Studies, have 2+ years of related experience, and be proficient with Oracle and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• Required to be available for monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers
• Log order information into ERP system (Oracle)
• Other duties as assigned
