Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. seeks a detail-oriented Solution Customer Service Executive on a contract basis to manage end-to-end sales administration, order processing, and billing coordination in Singapore.

You will verify POs, enter orders in Oracle ERP, and ensure client invoices are issued on schedule. Responsibilities include PO management, order processing, invoicing, milestones tracking, and cross-functional coordination with project teams and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in customer service administration, order management, sales operations, or project billing support.
• ERP proficiency with Oracle is preferred.
• Strong PO validation, quotation matching, and tax invoice knowledge.

Responsibilities

• PO management: review, verify, reconcile client POs with quotations and terms.

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Solution Customer Service Executive on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales administrative operations, order processing, and billing coordination. You will work closely with internal project teams and finance to ensure purchase orders are verified accurately, orders are executed smoothly in Oracle, and client invoices are issued on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Order (PO) Management: Review, verify, and reconcile client Purchase Orders against agreed solution quotations, contracts, and delivery terms.

• Order Processing: Create, input, and launch approved orders accurately into Oracle ERP systems in a timely manner.

• Billing & Milestones Tracking: Coordinate with project managers and solution delivery teams to track project progress, milestones, and billing readiness.

• Invoicing: Generate and issue official Tax Invoices, credit notes, and supporting billing documentation in accordance with company financial guidelines.

• Customer & Internal Coordination: Act as the operational liaison between clients, account managers, and the finance team to resolve any order, invoice, or PO discrepancies.

• Administrative Documentation: Maintain proper digital archiving of POs, billing approvals, tax invoices, and system audit logs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service administration, order management, sales operations, or project billing support.

• ERP Proficiency: Prior hands-on experience using Oracle (ERP / Order Management / Billing module) is preferred.

• Core Skills: Strong understanding of purchase order validation, commercial quotation matching, and tax invoice generation.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in numerical data entry, contract terms verification, and document reconciliation.

• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and client query management.

• Availability: Able to commit reliably to working 3 days per week on-site in the office.
