Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented order processing specialist for a 6‑month maternity cover, based near Paya Lebar MRT. You will handle material orders, prepare price quotations, and log orders in the Oracle ERP system, coordinating with sales and suppliers.

Required: Diploma in Business Studies and at least 2 years of relevant experience; knowledge of Oracle and MS Office is advantageous. Availability for monthly rotating standby on weekends and public holidays is essential, with a

• Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle).
