Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based technology consultancy, is seeking an Operations Support Engineer for a 12-month contract to support the product team with L2/L3 changes and maintain system reliability.

You will monitor production and non-production environments, manage incidents, and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and maintain documentation for audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related Field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or similar role in an IT setting.
• Experience with ITSM workflows and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse the current state of product runtime environments to ensure optimum system performance.
• Manage application and security incidents and coordinate with teams for timely resolution.
• Develop operations guides and maintain documentation related to configuration, processes and service records.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operation activities and report findings to stakeholders.
• Lead an operations team including staff and vendors to ensure 24/7 support.
