Job summary
Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support Engineer for a 1-year contract. You will join the Co-Development Business Unit to help design and maintain scalable software infrastructures across production and non-production environments.
The role requires hands-on experience with ITSM workflows, AWS ecosystem services, and DevOps practices. You will monitor performance, resolve incidents, collaborate with multiple teams, and help implement automation to reduce
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as Operations Engineer or similar IT role.
- Experience with ITSM tools and incident/change workflows.
- Experience with cloud monitoring and security controls.
- Familiarity with scripting tools and automation.
- Experience with AWS and AI-related cloud use cases is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain uptime.
- Provide L1–L3 support and coordinate with teams for problem resolution.
- Document configurations, processes, and service records.
- Set up and maintain AWS Quick environments for AI use cases.
- Manage incidents, report to stakeholders, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Develop operations guides and dashboards for continuous improvement.
