Job summary

V4 IMPACT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior L1/L2 Support Engineer to join the TechOps team. You will be the primary contact for production incidents, service requests, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and high platform availability.

You will collaborate with developers, testers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders across regions to maintain stable, secure digital services in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Application Support, Production Support, TechOps or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and operational support.
• Experience supporting digital platforms, e-commerce systems, and customer-facing apps.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary L1/L2 support contact for digital platforms and customer-facing services.
• Monitor incident queues, alerts, and service requests to meet SLAs.
• Lead incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation and resolution activities.
• Perform impact assessments and coordinate with stakeholders during outages.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Develop and maintain runbooks, procedures, and knowledgebase articles.
• Monitor health with observability tools and improve alerting to reduce noise.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve reliability and resilience.
• Support cloud-hosted apps on AWS; troubleshoot compute, networking, storage, and deployment issues.
• Troubleshoot apps across web/mobile/APIs; assist integrations with partners.
