Job summary

Sentosa Leisure Management is seeking an Operations Resilience and Knowledge Management professional to strengthen risk readiness and enable coordinated decision-making across the Integrated Operations Hub. You will support planning, crisis readiness, and knowledge preservation to drive continuous operational improvement.

Responsibilities include serving as custodian for meetings, coordinating inputs across divisions, and delivering resilience exercises and incident reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in business continuity, operational resilience, or crisis management is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and external partners.
• Strong planning, organisational, and analytical capabilities.
• Discretion and integrity handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support backend operational planning as custodian for key meeting platforms and coordinate inputs to identify risks.
• Leverage data and historical insights to inform planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate organisational readiness for crisis response and oversee training programmes.
• Attend to ad hoc activation for crisis operations as required.
• Review and archive SOPs, manuals, and lessons learned for knowledge management.
• Facilitate After Action Reviews to evaluate incident responses and improve planning.
• Prepare management reports for board and department updates.
