Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation is seeking an Operations Resilience and Knowledge Management professional to strengthen operational readiness through integrated planning, risk analysis, crisis support, and knowledge management.

As custodian of the Sentosa Resilience Framework, you will coordinate resilience exercises, support the Crisis Secretariat during incidents, oversee After Action Reviews, and help translate lessons into practical improvements for procedures and training.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline preferred or required.
• Experience in business continuity, resilience, crisis management or emergency planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across departments and external partners.
• Able to remain adaptable and composed in high-pressure environments.
• Strong planning, organisational, analytical and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated discretion and integrity with confidential information.
• Willing and able to support events and crisis operations outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Support backend operational planning and coordination as custodian/secretariat for key platforms.
• Coordinate inputs across divisions to identify risks and interdependencies and facilitate resolution.
• Inform operational assessments using data, trends, and historical insights.
• Coordinate resilience exercises and oversee training/preparedness programmes.
• Act as part of the Crisis Secretariat during incidents and maintain situational picture.
• Be available for ad hoc activation for crisis operations when required.
• Review, maintain, and archive SOPs, manuals, and lessons learned for knowledge management.
• Plan and facilitate After Action Reviews to capture lessons and improvements.
• Prepare management reports for boards and IOH updates.
