Sentosa Development Corporation seeks an Operations Resilience and Knowledge Management professional to strengthen crisis readiness and institutional know-how within the Integrated Operations Hub. You will coordinate planning, risk assessment, and aftermath reviews while maintaining readiness across stakeholders.

The role emphasizes safeguarding operational continuity, managing lessons learned, and driving improvements through structured exercises and knowledge management activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Experience in business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management, emergency planning, or related Operations field.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination across multiple departments and external partners.
• Able to stay composed in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments with sound judgement.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Discretion and integrity handling confidential information.
• Willing to support events and operational duties outside regular hours and be activated for crisis when required.

Responsabilités

• Support operational planning and coordination as custodian/secretariat for key meeting platforms (SSRC, IOCM, ORP, AAR, Management Cluster Walk).
• Coordinate inputs across departments to identify risks and interdependencies, align priorities, and facilitate timely resolution and follow-up of key issues and actions.
• Leverage data, trend analysis, and historical insights to inform operational assessments and decision-making.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct resilience exercises; oversee SCOG training and preparedness programs; deliver annual resilience outreach.
