Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation & Subsidiaries is seeking a Senior Executive to drive Ops Resilience and Knowledge Management within the Integrated Operations Hub. The role focuses on planning, risk assessments, preparedness exercises, and crisis coordination to strengthen Sentosa's resilience and operational continuity.

The incumbent will establish knowledge-management foundations, facilitate After Action Reviews, and support senior leadership with clear situational updates and governance

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years in operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, or related field.
• Experience in knowledge management or lessons learned is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple departments and partners.
• Able to adapt in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to support events and crisis operations outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational resilience planning and coordination across IOH.
• Drive readiness for crisis response and recovery; oversee training cadences.
• Coordinate resilience exercises and readiness initiatives.
• Develop and manage knowledge management foundations and governance.
• Capture, review, and archive SOPs, manuals, and lessons learned.
• Produce management reports for governance bodies.
• Act as Crisis Secretariat member and support SCOG meetings and updates.
• Coordinate information during crises and ensure timely escalation.
