Sentosa Development Corporation is seeking an Executive for Ops Resilience and Knowledge Management (ORKM) in the Integrated Operations Hub. The role focuses on strengthening operational resilience, coordinating risk inputs, and managing knowledge assets across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Support resilience planning by coordinating inputs across departments to identify risks and action items.
• Assist in crisis readiness activities, including training cadences and incident simulations.
• Review and organize knowledge assets like SOPs and after-action reports.
• Prepare management reports for board and IOH updates.
• Work flexible hours and participate in crisis operations when required.
