Job summary

SDC-SLM Sentosa Leisure Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated professional to strengthen Sentosa’s operational resilience and knowledge management.

You will support the ORKM unit as custodian of the Sentosa Resilience Framework, coordinate crisis planning, and facilitate risk assessments to drive timely decision-making across departments. You will manage key meeting platforms, oversee After Action Reviews, and help prepare management reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management or emergency planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support backend operational planning by coordinating inputs across departments and tracking action items.
• Oversee knowledge management, After Action Reviews (AARs), and lessons learned to improve procedures.
• Coordinate crisis Secretariat activities and assist in crisis response coordination during incidents.
• Prepare management reports for boards and various leadership meetings.
• You may be activated for crisis operations and events outside regular hours.
