Job description

Battery Production

Location:Tuass, Singapore

Schedule:4 days per week, Rotating shifts

• Safely operate and monitor cutting‑edge production equipment
• Perform material handling, tooling changes, and routine machine checks
• Inspect finished batteries to ensure top‑tier quality standards
• Keep clear, accurate production records
• Collaborate with your team and supervisors to troubleshoot and improve processes

Work Pattern:

• Day Shift:7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Night Shift:7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• 4 days per week (approx. 15 workdays/month)
• Daily breaks: 2 paid tea breaks + 1‑hour meal break
• Optional overtime available

Salary & Allowances:

• Base Salary Range:$2,700 – $3,300/month (incl. OT & shift allowance)
• Shift Allowance:Up to $15/day (Day) | Up to $25/day (Night)
• Bonus Package:13th‑month pay + performance bonus (up to 2 months)

Rest & Recharge

• 11 days annual leave
• ~15 rest days per month from your shift schedule
