Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operator based at Kian Teck Ln, a short walk from Pioneer MRT, to join a hands-on manufacturing team.

Working location is Singapore with 5 days a week, from 8am to 5pm. The package includes a basic salary of SGD 1,900 plus monthly incentive of SGD 90, transportation allowance SGD 80, AWS 13th salary, quarterly bonus 15% of annual salary and a sign-on bonus of SGD 3,000 ( SGD 1,500 after six months and SGD 1,500 after one year ).

• Basic understanding of data analysis.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Read schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks.
