Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Operator to join our manufacturing team at Kian Teck Lane, near Pioneer MRT. Working hours are 8am to 5pm, five days a week, with a basic salary of SGD 1,900 plus allowances and bonuses described below.

You will follow standard work instructions, operate equipment to prepare and assemble products, read schematics, and ensure quality. Training will be provided to help you perform essential daily tasks and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Operator

Working Location: Kian Teck Ln (10 minutes walking from Pioneer MRT)

Working Days: 5 Days

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary + Sign on bonus $ 3k (Get $ 1.5k after six months, $ 1.5k after 1 year)

Job Responsibilities

Not cell specific as all operators requires for cross-cell trainings:

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

Job Requirement

• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
