Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operator for our facility at Kian Teck Lane.

Working hours are 8am–5pm, five days a week, with a basic salary of SGD 1,900 plus monthly incentives and allowances. AWS 13th salary, quarterly bonus of 15% of annual salary, and a sign-on bonus of SGD 3,000 are offered. The role requires relevant manufacturing experience and a basic understanding of data analysis with some computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment/tools to prepare and assemble products.
• Read schematics and requests.
• Ensure product meets quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Fill out reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks.

Working Location: Kian Teck Ln (10 minutes walking from Pioneer MRT)
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours : 8am - 5pm
Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary +Sign on bonus $ 3k (Get $250 every month x 12)

Job Responsibilities (Not cell specific as all operators requires for cross-cell trainings):

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.
