Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operator nearby Pioneer MRT to join a 5-day work week with 8am–5pm hours.

The role offers a basic salary of $1,900 plus monthly incentives and allowances, AWS 13th salary, a quarterly bonus of 15% of annual pay, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus (paid as $250/month for 12 months). Candidate should have relevant manufacturing experience and a basic understanding of data analysis with proficiency in computer systems.

• Basic understanding of data analysis; demonstrate knowledge with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary +Sign on bonus $ 3k(Paid at $ 250 per month over 12 months)
