Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Operator for our Singapore facility. The role operates equipment to prepare and assemble products, follows standard procedures, and ensures quality at every step.

Training is provided, with a fixed Mon-Fri 8am-5pm schedule and a salary package including basic, allowances, and bonuses. Candidate should have basic data analysis ability and be comfortable using computer systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate knowledge with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

Role:
Operator

• Singapore Based (10 minutes walking from Pioneer MRT)
• 5 Days work per week (Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm)
• Training Provided
• Salary: $1.9k Basic + AWS + Transport Allowance $80 + Monthly Incentive $90 + Quarterly Bonus + Sign on bonus $ 3k (Get $ 1.5k after six months, $ 1.5k after 1 year)
