THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring for an Operator at our site near Pioneer MRT.

The role involves following instructions, operating equipment, reading schematics, and ensuring product quality in a 5-day, 8am-5pm schedule. You will work under supervision with training provided, and you can expect a base salary of SGD 1,900 per month plus allowances and quarterly bonuses totaling a competitive annual package.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment and tools to assemble products.

• Complete reports, MOs, scraps, and production data.

Operator

Working Location: Kian Teck Ln (10 minutes walking from Pioneer MRT)
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours : 8am - 5pm
Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary +Sign on bonus $ 3k (Get $ 1.5k after six months, $ 1.5k after 1 year)

Job Responsibilities (Not cell specific as all operators requires for cross-cell trainings):

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.
  

Job Requirement

• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of data analysis Demonstrate knowledge with computer systems.
