Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring an Operator for our Singapore facility.

The role involves following work instructions, operating equipment to prepare and assemble products, and reading schematics to fulfill requests. You will ensure quality, test products, and maintain clean work areas, with performance tracked through reports and manufacturing orders.

Operator

Working Location: Kian Teck Ln (10 minutes walking from Pioneer MRT)

Working Days: 5 Days

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary + Sign on bonus $ 3k (Get $ 1.5k after six months, $ 1.5k after 1 year)

Job Responsibilities

Not cell specific as all operators requires for cross-cell trainings:

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

Job Requirement

• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
