Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operator to join our manufacturing team at Kian Teck Lane, near Pioneer MRT. The role supports cross-cell training, operates equipment, reads schematics, and ensures quality throughout the production process.

You will work 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm with a base salary of SGD 1,900 plus monthly incentives, allowances, AWS 13th salary, a quarterly bonus, and a sign-on bonus of SGD 3,000. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of data analysis; knowledge of computer systems.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and operate equipment to prepare and assemble products.
• Read schematics and requests.
• Ensure quality standards and conduct tests per procedure.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Complete reports and manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, and rejects.
• Work under supervision on standardized duties using established procedures.

Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours : 8am - 5pm
Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary +Sign on bonus $ 3k (Get $ 1.5k after six months, $ 1.5k after 1 year)

Job Responsibilities (Not cell specific as all operators requires for cross-cell trainings):

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.
