Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. near Pioneer MRT is seeking an Operator to join our manufacturing team.

The role runs on a 5-day work week from 8am to 5pm and involves following instructions, operating machinery, and ensuring quality across products. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience and basic data analysis skills, plus familiarity with computer systems. Compensation includes SGD 1,900 base, SGD 90 monthly incentive, SGD 80 transportation allowance, AWS 13th salary, a quarterly

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Ability to read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.

Working Location: Near Pioneer MRT

Working Days: 5 Days

Working Hours : 8am - 5pm

Basic Salary: $ 1,900 + Monthly Incentive Allowance: $ 90 + Transportation Allowance: $ 80 + AWS 13th Salary + Quarterly Bonus 15% of Annual Salary + Sign on bonus $ 3k (Paid at $ 250 per month over 12 months)
