Zusammenfassung

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage order creation, processing, and amendments while ensuring timely execution. The role oversees end-to-end shipping documentation and coordinates with internal teams, customers and suppliers.

You will validate supplier invoices for Finance and monitor freight/insurance billing, driving monthly reports and process improvements. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, and is

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree required with 2–3 years in related field.
• Experience in handling shipment arrangements and coordinating with customers, suppliers and forwarders.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and practice issuing Purchase Orders (POs).

• Manage order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee end-to-end shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate and manage communications with internal teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices for Finance submission.
• Monitor freight and insurance billing, investigate discrepancies and prepare reports.
• Optimize RPA, AI and automation processes to boost efficiency.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes and drive continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Oversee end-to-end shipping documentation and ensure accurate, timely and document management.
• Coordinate and manage communications with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders.
• Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices, ensuring timely submission to the Finance Department.
• Monitor freight and insurance billing, investigate discrepancies, and prepare accurate monthly management reports.
• Manage and optimize RPA, AI, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 2- 3 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in handling shipment arrangements, and coordinating with customers, suppliers and forwarders.
• Knowledge and experience in using incoterms.
• Experience in issuing/generating of Purchase Orders (POs)
