Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage order creation, processing and amendments, ensuring timely execution. The role covers end-to-end shipping documentation and cross-team coordination.

You will validate supplier invoices, monitor freight and insurance billing, and drive continuous improvements using automation and data insights. Overtime and overseas travel are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with at least 3 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Willing to work overtime and travel overseas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Import/Export including Incoterms, invoices and packing lists.
• Strong teamwork, communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end shipping documentation and supplier invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee end-to-end shipping documentation and document management.
• Coordinate communications with internal teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Validate, reconcile and process supplier invoices for Finance.
• Monitor freight and insurance billing; prepare monthly management reports.
• Optimize RPA, AI and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement solutions and drive process improvements.
