Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage orders, process documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and customers. Experience in import/export and invoicing is required, with emphasis on accuracy and timely execution.

The role involves optimizing automation processes, handling overtime, and may require overseas travel. Diploma or degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Oversee end-to-end shipping documentation and ensure accurate, timely and document management.
• Coordinate and manage communications with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders.
• Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices, ensuring timely submission to the Finance Department.
• Monitor freight and insurance billing, investigate discrepancies, and prepare accurate monthly management reports.
• Manage and optimize RPA, AI, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous process improvements
