Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator with a monthly salary up to $4,500. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders while conducting cost analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree and experience in Import/Export, be capable of handling a high volume of Purchase Orders, and be willing to travel and work overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in Import/Export logistics processes including Incoterms.
• Ability to handle high volume of Purchase Orders.
• Willingness to commit to overtime and overseas travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and negotiate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
• Arrange daily shipments including PO issuance, SAP input, and invoice checking.
• Manage supplier and customer order backlog and forecast.

Supply Chain Coordinator /Up to $4,500 /Mon-Fri;8.30am-5.30pm @Alexandra Rd

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & negotiate with internal/external parties i.e customers, supplier & freight forwarders.
• Daily shipment arrangement including PO generating and issuing, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc.
• Perform supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management).
• Perform Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree with experience in Import/Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc).
• Experience in liaising with customers/suppliers/forwarders for overseas shipments.
• Experience in high volume of Purchase Orders environment, and commit overtime & overseas travel.
