• Coordinate import/export shipments with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices and packing lists.
• Create and process purchase orders (POs).
• Check supplier invoices, freight and insurance charges.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Assist with other operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Location: Alexandra Road
Salary: Up to $4,000 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Our client, an established Japanese MNC in the automotive industry, is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to join their supply chain operations team. Training and guidance will be provided.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Willing to work overtime and travel overseas when required.
