Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking an Operations Consultant to join a dynamic Assurance support team. You will collect and compile data inputs, perform data mining and analytics, and support operation activities across the audit engagement lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

The role emphasizes process improvement, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field with preferably 2–3 years of working experience.
• Exceptional proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, HLOOKUPs, and VLOOKUPs.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Access, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle, Alteryx, Power Platforms including Power BI and Power Automate is advantageous.
• Excellent multitasking with attention to detail; able to streamline workflows and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate data collection and compilation across the audit engagement lifecycle.
• Provide data mining, analytical and general support for operations.
• Advocate and implement processes to improve business operations workflows.
