Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Analyst in Singapore to lead and support daily pharmacy operations, workflow, inventory and manpower deployment.

The role focuses on analyzing data to identify bottlenecks, develop dashboards, reports and KPIs for data-driven decision-making, and drive transformation through automation, AI, and cross-functional collaboration with IT.

Qualifications

• Min. degree in Pharmacy recognised by Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Fully registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council and in active practice.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and process improvement.
• Analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; dashboard experience preferred (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience with automation, AI or digital transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily pharmacy operations, workflow, inventory and manpower deployment
• Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks, trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop dashboards, reports and operational KPIs for data-driven decision-making
• Drive operational excellence and quality improvement projects
• Improve productivity, turnaround time, quality and cost efficiency
• Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual pharmacy processes
• Partner IT teams and vendors on system testing, implementation and enhancements
• Act as Pharmacy System Superuser and support training, adoption and contingency workflows
• Apply data analytics, automation and AI to improve pharmacy operations
• Support strategic and cross-functional transformation projects
